Our mobile notary service offers convenience and flexibility.  Avoid time off work and waiting in line at the bank. Contact us and we'll come to you at your home, office, or other convenient location.  See below for the easy step by step process:

• Book your appointment online, pay the deposit and I'll see you at your designated location and time. 

• Have your valid photo ID ready for confirmation.

• I'll review your documents to confirm all areas have been filled in properly. 

• We'll capture your signatures and mine. 

• In no time you will be Notarized by Mab with an official notarized document.

Fee: $10 per notarization and travel to your location at $.725 per mile round trip.  Each additional notarization is an additional $10.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

Unable to leave the house or prefer the convenience of getting your documents notarized from a remote setting?  Remote Online Notarization was designed for you.  Schedule an appointment and I'll provide a link to join me on an approved platform to notarize your documents remotely and online. 

Remote online notarization offers our clients the convenience of notarizing documents from the comfort of your home or office using a digital platform.  This will require your ability to be seen on screen and upload documents to the system.  Have your valid ID available as well.  

• Clients will upload documents to a secure server.

• Follow prompts for an ID analysis and authentication.

• Then meet with the Notary to complete the notarization process.

Fee: $40 per notarization, $25 each additional notarization. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. 

Federal law requires that every employer who recruits, refers for a fee, or hires an individual for employment in the U.S. must complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.

Completing Form I-9 will help employers verify an employee's identity and employment authorization.  Contact us today to complete your I-9 Verification Forms.

Fee: $60 includes travel to your location within Mecklenburg County.  A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.  

Safe deposit boxes are a good place to store items that are difficult or impossible to replace and aren't needed on demand. 

Safe deposit boxes and the vaults where they are stored are designed to withstand natural disasters such as fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and are a protected location used to safeguard valuables, important documents, and sentimental keepsakes.

When a safe deposit box is opened (or drilled) due to non payment or relocation of the contents, at least two people must be present to inventory the box's contents. 

Notaries serving as a witness during the drilling of the box complete an affidavit ensuring all of the box's contents are listed.
